Pre Admission Testing (PAT)

Pre-admission testing provides diagnostic testing for patients prior to hospital admission.  You can pre-admit up to 14 days prior to your procedure or surgery.  The well-trained staff also provides general patient education related to diagnostic testing as well as pre-operative and post-operative teaching.  They inform the patient or patient's family about Trinity Medical Center's parking areas and admission process to help them on the day of admission.  Pre-admission testing is beneficial because it reduces the chances of your procedure or surgery being cancelled and also allows your physician to review your test results prior to admission.
