Our rehab team includes licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our philosophy at Trinity Outpatient Rehab is to evaluate and treat dysfunction in order to restore, maintain, and enhance performance. Our goal is to achieve maximal pain-free movement of the musculoskeletal system through manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise
and education.
Services offered in Outpatient Rehab:
- Evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction
- Spinal and extremity joint mobilization
- Sports injury rehabilitation
- Lumbar stabilization/acute spine exercise
- Back education
- Impairment Ratings/FCE's
- Foot care
- Isokinetic evaluation
- Hand and wrist therapy and custom splinting
- Individualized rehabilitation programs for patients with rheumatic, diabetic, and cardiopulmonary problems
- Vestibular rehab for vertigo and related disorders
- ADL assessment
- Therapeutic exercise-individualized and group programs
- Neurological rehab-CVA (stroke) and post brain injury
- Aquatic (Pool) therapy
- Mastectomy programs-lymphedema treatment with manual lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging
- Incontinence program
- Speech/language/swallowing therapy

Physical Therapy is provided at our Trussville Satellite Office located at 5890 Valley Road, Suite 105, Trussville, Al 35235. If you have questions or need to make an appointment, please call (205) 661-9884.
A physician's referral is required for initial evaluation.
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
