BabyFirst Fitness - Prenatal Exercise Program
At Trinity BabyFirst, we know that not only is each woman different, but each pregnancy is. You know you need to exercise. But how, when or if you exercise is a choice you make on your own. Exercise during pregnancy helps control high blood pressure and excess weight gain. It can help ease the ache of your lower back during your last trimester. And a good, safe exercise program can strengthen all your muscles for one of your toughest workouts - the birth of your baby. Whatever your fitness level, BabyFirst Fitness has a safe, monitored plan just for you.
Fee: Varies based on plan choices. Call 205-599-4500 for more information.
