Cardiac Rehab
Dedicated to Cardiac Rehab
For many cardiac patients, cardiac rehabilitation is recommended. Trinity's outpatient cardiac rehab program is designed for patients who are recovering from a heart attack, heart valve surgery, coronary bypass surgery, balloon angioplasty/stent, or have a pacemaker or defibrillator. The benefits of cardiac rehab may also help those at risk for heart disease, who have angina or congestive heart failure. The ultimate goal of cardiac rehab is to enhance a patient's quality of life through exercise and education.
A physician's referral is required for participation in Cardiac Rehab. Please talk with your doctor about the long-term benefits of the program.
