Welcome to the Trinity Medical Center Patient Access Department.  We provide Scheduling Services, Pre-registration, Registration and Financial Counseling.

You can contact the Scheduling Department at 205-592-1489 Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm.

Some of our services require pre-registration and pre-certification. You may be contacted by our pre-registration staff. You can reach them at 205-599-4991 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Our Financial Counselor department works closely with the Physicians office, Scheduling and Registration Departments. We are available to assist you with questions concerning financial arrangements. You can reach a financial counselor by calling 205-592-1236 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.   

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled procedure unless otherwise instructed. In order to ensure accuracy with your registration and billing, please bring your insurance cards and photo ID.  If you have a Living Will, please bring it and we will make a copy. We will make every effort to protect your privacy rights. If you have a special privacy request please make it known at the time of registration.

Copays and deductibles are due at the time of registration unless special arrangements have been made with the Financial Counseling department.

If you must bring valuables we have a safe to ensure their security.  However, we ask that you please leave your valuables at home.
